The Ohio State University and Michigan State University are making significant strides in creating tools for the development and implementation of the updated National Spatial Reference System (NSRS) set for 2025.
The NOAA has awarded Scripps Institution of Oceanography (SIO) and The Ohio State University (OSU) grants to develop models to address what NGS denotes as the Intra-Frame Deformation Model (IFDM).
