“Brad Anderson brings to Rosum strong leadership experience, a strong track record of revenue growth and a solid understanding of the location technology industry,” said Skip Speaks, “As Rosum continues its momentum in the mobile TV and femtocell industries, we are confident that Brad will enhance our existing customer relationships, aggressively grow the business and deliver good returns to our investors.”
Anderson most recently served as president of SigNav Inc., a fabless semiconductor start-company specializing in communication synchronization products used in femtocell, WiMAX, macrocell and other telecommunications networks. Anderson was responsible for the general management of SigNav’s U.S. operations as well as new product definition for the global market.
Anderson began his management career with the launch of his own company, Network Cable Systems, Inc., in 1985. Later, Anderson joined Stanford Telecommunications, a company founded by Rosum’s chairman and co-founder James Spilker. Anderson holds a BSEE and a MBA with credentials in telecommunications, business development, sales and marketing.
Anderson commented, “Rosum brings a compelling, reliable multi-mode solution to indoor positioning and timing problems that have plagued the telecommunications and handheld device markets. The company is in a unique position in the location technology industry and I’m excited to help them extend their leadership in the marketplace.”
